Newquay Activity Centre is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to work in our busy activity centre.
Duties will include (but are not restricted to) taking and processing sales and updating bookings via telephone, face to face and online, responding to emails, live chat, customer relations, replying to online enquiries and reviews, creating invoices, account queries, assisting the office team with administrative tasks and general office duties. We will also ask you to assist the Director, Centre Manager and Sales Co-ordinator with day to day admin tasks that will include completing forms, booking courses, creating schedules, managing lists and organising the company diary.
There will also be an aspect of centre operations involved, this will include opening up/closing down and involvement in the general day to day running of a busy activity centre.
The right candidate will need to be keen to learn our centre processes and procedures, enthusiastic, a team player, reliable and have previous experience in an admin based role. You will need to be competent using Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start available.
