How Does It Work?

For the perfect blend of surf tuition and solo experience, our Surf Lesson and Half-Day Surf Hire package has you covered. The day is both informative and flexible – and is a surefire way to see your skills skyrocket.

We’ll kick off with a two-hour surf lesson, coached by one of our highly experienced ISA surf instructors. With our small group ratios (one instructor to eight students), these lessons are designed to improve your riding ability and help build your surfing confidence. We will provide all the kit you need – so just bring yourself and a sense of adventure!

Surf lesson complete, don’t worry about rushing back with all our gear – the equipment is yours to keep for the rest of the day. Take everything you’ve learned during your session and use the ocean as your consolidation classroom until closing time. Catch some waves, grab some lunch or just chill on the beach – the day is yours to enjoy.

If you’re visiting Newquay just for the day, you’re more than welcome to use our surf centre as a base. We have hot outdoor showers, male and female changing rooms, separate toilets, secure lockers and a team of friendly experts ready to point you in the direction of several epic beaches.

All equipment – including wetsuits and surfboards – is provided along with changing facilities and safe storage for your belongings whilst you’re on the water, so there’s no need to fork out on any unexpected costs.
