Our first apartment overlooks Pentire Headland and benefits from plenty of natural light. This two-bedroom property is close to Fistral Beach and Newquay Town Centre; ideal for a post-lesson surf or a bite to eat in the evening. Head to Rick Stein’s for some tasty fish and chips or The Stable for a stonebaked pizza, before wandering to the complex’s very own Fistral Beach Bar to watch the sun go down with a chilled drink in hand. Both the Gannel Estuary and Crantock Beach are within walking distance too, the perfect spots for long strides out and summer picnics. There is a spacious, open-plan kitchen diner and a juliet balcony that enjoys morning sunshine for alfresco breakfasts. The dining room houses a large dinner table with ocean views. The large lounge comprises a sofa-bed, flat-screen TV and south-facing balcony. Each bedroom has a set of twin beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and reading light. One has an en-suite with a bath, shower and toilet. There is also a separate bathroom and WC. Both bedrooms have stunning sea views. The second choice is our Newquay Bay Apartment. This apartment is located above the Newquay Activity Centre HQ. It is a modern, quiet, two-bedroom property that was completely refurbished in 2021. There is a modern kitchen as well as a new bathroom. The apartment is a short walk from Newquay Harbour, one of our favourite wild swimming spots, and Towan Beach where we hold many of our activity sessions. In the opposite direction, you’ll find Newquay Town Centre with an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants and surf shops. Like our activity centre, it’s situated on Fore Street, an up and coming area of town which has seen a flurry of delicious new eateries pop up in the last few years, such as Box & Barber cafe, Sushea Sushi Bar and Pizza Jockeys pizza restaurant. You’ll also be close to the harbour’s street food market, where you can dine with a view.
The property comprises a spacious living room/diner complete with sofa bed and new 52” TV. There is a sizable dining table perfect for studying or hosting meals. The bedrooms are both twin rooms with zip-link beds; easily connectable for private or couple rooms. Both rooms have wardrobes, drawers, bedsides and reading lights.
