Jorrin and Daz paddle across Scotland for charity.
After months of planning, training and an incredible physical and mental effort we were proud to welcome back Newquay Activity Centre staff Jorrin Massingham and Daz Cox. They completed an incredible paddle from east to west across Scotland in Canadian Canoe’s. They raised money for the Help Izzy Walk charity and had the adventure of a lifetime.
Jorrin had this to say “We were blessed with incredible weather, our team bonded together to help each other through the long days and we were pleased to help such a worthy cause, thanks for all the support folks”.
After coasteering from St Agnes to Newquay for charity in autumn 2015, the Newquay Activity Centre staff may have just topped it with this awesome achievement. Congratulations guys, a fantastic accomplishment. The final tally of funds raised for the Help Izzy Walk charity is yet to be collected but we’d like to say a huge thanks to the generosity of everybody that pledged money to this fantastic cause.
