Corporate Group Bodyboarding
Paul Miller and his colleagues from Cornish Accounting Solutions joined us for a corporate bodyboarding session this summer with Instructors Brendan and Joe, which was followed by a hearty Sunday roast at the restaurant that is onsite.
Instructor Brendan Moore said, “It was a great day for learning progressive bodyboarding skills such as the trim position, the team really came together to encourage each other onto bigger set waves. It was a great session!”
Equipment and Instruction
Kitted up with wetsuits and bodyboards the group went down to Fistral Beach, just two minutes walk from the centre and started the session on the sand. After group and personal instruction, they hit the water to take on some white-water and then unbroken wave faces.
Team Building Through Bodyboarding

“Given the fact that as a team we spend so much time together we need to be relaxed in each other’s company. We all need to learn new skills and how to deal with situations that we have not met before. For some of the team bodyboarding took them outside their comfort zone. It was a useful learning curve.”
