Our giant crafts are a logistical challenge to manoeuvre, but this is your group’s chance to increase coordination and communication in real-world scenarios. They will need to navigate the crevices of our coastline, taking their board through smugglers caverns, natural whirlpools and over epic swells as they ride towards safety. Speed and communication skills are essential on our super SUP missions which have been specifically designed for military participants and personnel.

Top-quality Equipment

Rendezvousing at our HQ, your whole unit will be kitted out in top-quality wetsuits from the comfort of our on-site heated changing rooms. You will then be supplied with paddles, helmets and buoyancy aids to take down to the water’s edge. From here your industry-leading instructor will teach you the basics in ocean safety and technical Super SUP skills.

We launch and land from two of Newquay’s lush, semi-secret coves. The start to experience is an adventure, as we walk down a rock path to the water’s edge. It’s worth it as the scenery is breath taking, there is some incredible coastal wildlife in the area, and you really are experiencing the best of Newquay’s coastal fringe. We take the walk down to the water slowly, the Super SUP will be waiting in the cove for you.

Your Mission

Your team’s mission is to command our huge stand-up paddleboard along Newquay’s challenging coastal terrain and successfully complete additional tasks along the way.

Your troops will be given a full safety and coordination briefing, during which the basic skills of SUP paddling will be relayed. Following the launch of the board, the mission begins! Commanding this giant craft successfully requires cooperation and communication and we’ll be throwing spanners in the works along the way to keep troops on their toes.
